Christopher C. Copeland is a CMAA Emerging Leader and works as a project manager at CMR Partners, LLC, based out of the Tampa area. Vincent Testa, CCM, PE, MBA has been a member of CMAA since 2009, participating in the National Capital Chapter while in D.C. and Nationally with the Technology Committee. He has his MBA from Marymount University, his Bachelors degree from West Virginia University and is a Certified Construction Manager and Professional Engineer.
